• Damage Waiver

  We provide compulsory rental damage waiver as standard at a rate of 10% of the hire charge. Should you have your own insurance that covers rented/hired photographic goods and you can present a copy of your insurance policy stating this then this damage waiver can be removed. We can discuss this when we call you to discuss the order. For more information please see our terms and conditions.

• Low Deposit Account

  This account is similar to the cash account however after successful verification and security checks the deposit will be reduced to £250 for the first £5000 replacement cost of equipment and then an extra £250 per £1000 of equipment thereafter.
  
  You are required to submit Photo ID such as a current passport or drivers licence and 2 recent proofs of address (no older than 2 months old) which will be security checked. It is best to email this in advance and bring the originals along to your first collection.
  
  We will then debit the required security deposit plus payment for the rental in advance. Should we not be able to successfully verify your ID then we can open a standard cash account where a full deposit is required.
