This camera is for serious video production that requires the most compact body possible withougt compromising on image quality.
Cinema EOS users who are used to working with the menus on Canon C70, C300 III and more will be instantly familiar with the video options available on the Canon EOS R5C. Canon have added an active cooling system to keep the sensors and processors operating for longer shooting durations. The body does not have sensor stabilisation. By building the body with a static sensor Canon have improved the cooling and eliminated any wobble from the floating IBIS system especially useful for rigging the camera to vehicles for car to car video work.
On the camera body thirteen re-assignable buttons give you direct control over settings which makes the camera customisable to your shooting methods keeping the settings you need at your fingertips.
