How it Works

Step 1 | Order

Place your order online, by phone or email, or you can book in-store at our Vauxhall and Manchester branches. For your convenience, you can view and book your order online in advance or just build and save yourself a quote for later. If you are a new to Wex Rental, please see our accounts options for information on opening an account.

Step 2 | Pickup/Delivery

Choose whether you want to collect your order from one of our 9 stores or have it delivered to your address. We can offer same day delivery in London and Manchester or overnight delivery to your door should you be outside of these areas. If you are a first time customer we will need to see photo ID and 2 recent proof of address. We may also need to take full deposit depending on your account type.  All equipment is then cleaned and checked before your order is packed for pickup or dispatch.

Step 3 | Shoot

Use the equipment for the duration of your rental period. If you need to extend the length of your rental order, just contact us and we will be happy to extend your rental period where available and re-quote.

Step 4 | Return

Either Drop off your rental equipment at your chosen UK store on your scheduled return date, or we can arrange collection from your address. Alternatively, you can return the equipment to us via a secure and insured method. Once we have the equipment back with us it is fully checked and tested at our London or Manchester depots and upon safe return, any deposit held is refunded.

Once that’s completed all you need to do is think of Wex Rental the next time you have a need for camera, video or lighting equipment.
