Made of Black Commando fabrics, Cutters and Floppies are designed to stop light completely, thereby completely controlling or cutting out stray and unwanted illumination, whether natural or artificial. Floppies are Cutters that have been made with an additional piece of fabric; this fabric is fixed with Velcro and can be unfolded to become twice its original size.
Cutters and Floppes can also be used to protect camera lenses from flare, giving them real versatility in all kinds of different shoots. This Floppy Cutter, like all from Manfrotto, is made with plastic webbing on the edges to avoid wear and tear, providing a durable and reliable on-set solution for controlling and eliminating unwanted light.
