The built-in Lens Information Display can be set to show focus distance, focal length or Image Stabilisation information, depending on user preference, and even has multiple readability options.
Despite all this tech and its impressive focal range, the lens is impressive small and light, measuring just 14.55cm in length and weighing 710g. Take it anywhere and use it with a huge range of EOS cameras – it works with full-frame and APS-C DSLRs, providing a focal range of 112-480mm on the latter.
