The first full-frame telephoto lens to offer tilt and shift movements, the Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8 is a high-quality optic that offers a huge degree of creative freedom. Providing ± 8° tilt and ±11mm shift, the lens is suitable for a huge range of subjects, allowing users to add a stylish touch and tilt and shift to everything from close-up portraits to expansive landscapes.Its Gaussian optics provide a high degree of delineation between the sharp and blurred portions of the image.
The design features six elements in five groups, and the lens has a minimum focusing distance of just 0.5m, allowing users to get good and close to their subjects. It has also been treated with Super Spectra coatings to provide accurate colour rendition, and the tilt-and-shift mechanisms feature locks to prevent unwanted movement. A fantastically versatile lens offering an enormous range of creative freedom.
