Designed specifically for the Fujifilm GFX 50S medium-format mirrorless camera, the VG-GFX1 Vertical Battery Grip allows the user to shoot with the camera in vertical orientation, while also being used to effectively double its battery life. The grip allows for the addition of one additional NP-T125 rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended shooting times, and is compatible with the optional AC-15V AC Adapter (available separately) for charging the battery within the grip.
The extended shape of the VG-GFX1 allows it to provide a secondary shutter release button as well as additional function buttons and control dials, meaning it mimics the camera's original layout. This means vertical handling is as intuitive as horizontal, allowing the user to simply get on with the business of shooting.
