Made from sturdy and lightweight carbon fibre, the Manfrotto MT055CXPRO3 tripod boasts a Quick Power Lock leg-locking system, ensuring the utmost in kit stability in all shooting situations and conditions. It can take a maximum payload capacity of up to 9kg, which is more than enough for most DSLR rigs, and can extend to a maximum height of 170cm and collapse down to 63cm.
The 90° centre column mechanism means the column can be extended vertically or horizontally, which is useful for getting low-down shots from unusual perspectives, and is particularly good for macro work. It also has 3-section legs and weighs just 2kg, making it useful for travel photography and location work.
