Metabones Adapter is compatible with both Nikon F lens build-in with a manual aperture ring including AF-D, AF, AI-S, AI & non-AI lens. This adapter is a mechanical adapter. It does NOT support electronic aperture control, AF and image stabilization. Breathe life into older Nikon manual focus lenses and use their smooth focus movements on video projects with the Sony A7s mark II or bring out the lens' charachter in portraits on high resolution Sony A7R mark IV.
The flocked interior of the adaptor keeps flare to a minimum and, the Arca-swiss style tripod food means that the body and lens can be mounted on a tripod or monopod at a balanced mid-point. The bayonet lens and body mounts on the Metabones Nikon-F to Sony-E mount adaptor are precisely machined brass with durable chrome plating.
