Movcam’s Sony a7s cage is a compact, close-fitting and lightweight cage for the Sony a7s full-frame mirrorless camera. It allows both stable hand-holding and almost limitless mounting and expansion options, thanks to its lightweight design and small dimensions.

Even with the cage mounted, the user still has full access to the camera’s side ports and controls. There is a removable top handle with accessory shoe, plus a removable side bracket that also has an accessory shoe – accepts a Sony Audio Jack Pack such as the XLR-K1M for an external mic setup, as well as leaving the camera’s own hot shoe exposed. When removed, the remainder of the cage leaves the camera controls exposed for easier access. Please note that this is specifically for the Sony a7s and NOT the Sony a7S II.
