Its high-resolution condenser capsule provides superior, broadcast-quality audio via a 3.5mm mini jack connector, while a super-cardioid polar pattern minimises surrounding noise to focus on the subject in front of the camera.
The mic uses a lightweight, flexible and robust multi-strand cable to provide significantly lower noise transference, and in addition to the Videomic Pro’s native 40Hz-20kHz response, there’s also a selectable high-pass filter at 80Hz to eliminate low-end noise from sources like air conditioners or traffic.
