Extensively optically engineered to completely eliminate chromatic or spherical aberrations, the Otus lens produces images that are sharp from corner to corner and edge to edge.
The lens is constructed with an all-metal barrel and has been treated with Zeiss’s T* coating, which ensures superior light transmission by eliminating unwanted reflections. This is a manual focus only lens, allowing the photographer to take control for the utmost in precision, and it’s suitable for full-frame and APS-C DSLRs. This version fits Canon EF-mount.
